Last Saturday, the book club I am in came over for a tea while we discussed our current book The Shack. I've wanted to do a tea for several years with my friend Dani as the caterer. She is an awesome cook and has all the fun stuff for tea. One of her goals in life is to open a tea house.
So there were six of us for tea. I guess it was more of a brunch as we had triple berry scones with devon cream and lemon curd, baked brunch omelet with fresh fruit, and flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce to go with our Tropicana tea.
I of course did not remember to take a picture of us until after everyone had left and the dishes were done. So the best I can do is show you a picture of what the table looked like. I figured if Rachel gets a tea party, why shouldn't I?
