Cousins

The day after we made all the pies we headed to my cousin Cheryl's for a little football watching and family visiting.

Cheryl and her husband Ray moved this last year and we had not been to their new house yet.

Plus, we were able to introduce Sarah to a few more relatives.

One of the most important parts of this whole event to the girls was the ability to play with my cousin Kelsey. As the youngest of the grandkids in my mother's family, she is only five (and a half!) years older than Elizabeth.

Cheryl does daycare, so the girls made good use of the toys available. Kelsey's older sister Heather helped out with the Kelsey-riding experiment. They were having a blast.

Sarah had a new friend in Heather who provided transportation around the house and let Sarah feed her countless grapes.

It was a nice afternoon of visiting. Thanks to Ray and Cheryl for having us all over!

On a present day note, John had a cyst removed from his chin this afternoon and the procedure went well.

The doctor said that it looked abnormal however, and is sending it in to be tested.

Please pray that the results come back normal. We should know by his follow-up next week.

Thank you so much for your prayers!
