Ballet on the High Seas

After perusing the large number of pictures I have from the many practices and performances of this year's ballet, I was overwhelmed. There are too many to chose from. It reminds me of when we were in China and had to limit ourselves to one.

The performances of 'Ballet on the High Seas' were the weekend of April 25 and 26. They followed five weeks of extra practice. We look forward to this event each year, and the end of the extra work. With John's test the Friday before and his preparation time as well, it made for an extra busy March and April. (Which I think I may have mentioned before...)

The show this year was the story of a sailor turned pirate who through difficult circumstances finds God. The girls had a great time and the show was very comedic this year. I know the girls are definitely looking forward to the DVD. (They make one of the performance each year. They do an amazing job!)

We salute our pirates who did a great job and look forward to next year's Nutcracker performance!
