Haircuts and Dad

There is not much to say about the attached pictures except that they show how much older the girls can look after a haircut. Elizabeth had about 8 inches cut off that are sitting in a bag waiting to be donated. It has been much easier to enjoy our summer without all the extra hair!

As it is with such major changes, I have to take before and after pics. I apologize for my color issues. I tried fixing them, but the pictures are from two different days and it was very bright the second day. I do have to note that Elizabeth is growing her bangs out - and we're waiting for the day she can tuck them behind her ears!


I have to make note of the Dad in our house since it is his day. Our calendar is misprinted with Father's day noted as last Sunday the 14th. We never noticed it anywhere else, and since we don't watch TV, didn't pick up on the Father's day information there either. So we actually celebrated last Sunday after the MS 150 ride (to be covered in another post).

How can I not recognize the wonderful man who took his three daughters camping alone on Father's day weekend? They had a great time and came home safely at noon.

He is currently enjoying his afternoon with a long ride on his bike.
