The flights are booked.

Shortly after posting yesterday, I received a call from our travel coordinator to review flight options and make decisions. You could say I spoke too soon about travel dates because we officially fly out on the 12th instead of the 13th. We know this is not subject to change any more because the tickets have officially been purchased.

We are thankful that our agency is handling the travel arrangements for many reasons. Our departure date moved up a day because of the significant cost savings between the 12th and the 13th. The airline tickets are only about a third of what we thought they might be. Praise God!

We went shopping again today and finished off our gifts for the girls while we are gone and the pharmaceutical supplies recommended/needed for the trip. I haven't bought this much medicine at one time in my life!

Now we're working on finding ways to pack it all...
