I forgot to post the other day that we had our first happy bath. I stood Sarah up at the edge of the tub to watch the water go in, and she was more comfortable getting in. She splashed a little then, but tonight she really got into it.
I will say it was a family affair as the girls blew bubbles and John took pictures for us. In spite of her chipper mood, she is running a low grade fever tonight and dealing with the congestion she has been carrying for the last two weeks. We see the pediatrician tomorrow.
I'm hoping that the bug she has is partly to blame for our sleep issues. The last two nights have been better with no major awake periods, but she is still very restless and wakes up on average of every hour to hour and a half. She has been falling back to sleep quickly and is even beginning to do it on her own a little. Right now my prayer is for her to sleep without interruption and the congestion and coughing to clear up.
